We provide surgical and non-surgical hair-restoration procedures delivered by GMC-registered medical professionals at our CQC-registered Birmingham clinic.

3. Consultations & Medical Assessment

You must provide accurate medical information.
All treatments require a clinical assessment for suitability.
We may decline treatment if it is not safe or clinically appropriate.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit.
Refund decisions follow our Complaints & Refunds Policy.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices are in GBP and may include VAT where applicable.
Treatment plans and final prices are provided after assessment.
We do not offer finance or credit arrangements.
